This year Thanksgiving was extra special because we took a trip to Macon, Georgia. Not only did we enjoy a visit at Grandma Ann and Grandpa Jeff’s house, but the kids experienced their first real autumn. There is nothing like crisp winter air under clear blue skies to make you feel alive. It was exciting to watch the kids make huge piles of leaves and jump in with both feet. November 2004
