This is a photo my husband took and I changed it to a very high contrast photo with my photo editing software.
Journaling:
I can't believe the path my life has taken. It's amazing. Not that it is spectacular in most people's eyes. I'm not rich or famous. I'm just incredibly blessed. I never thought I had what it took to do anything very important. I guess being a college dropout doesn't give you a tremendous amount of faith in yourself.
As I see myself now i believe in my own power to make things happen. After all, Jason and I have been married 10 years this year, I have two amazing and joyful little boys, I've lost 40 lbs., I volunteer my time. I try, (but am not always successful) at making a small difference to the people around me and in my community.
None of these things have happened on accident. What will I do with the next 10 years? Who knows? The only thing I do know is that I have the power to make anything happen.
