Jasmine this is beautiful! How about another flower in the top right hand corner to match the one you already have? I love the BG papers - you did a fabulous job using them! Awesome LO! TFS!
Jasmine, ditto everyone -- this is a gorgeous, gorgeous page!!! I love the title work at the bottom! I'm not so sure about matting it, as the navy flower is strong on its own. Maybe with vellum at the most. I see what you mean about the bottom feeling heavy, but I think it makes for a good strong visual triangle. I might consider using a couple of brads or small circular element in the very top right hand corner, which will create another visual triangle (the circular dome photo on the left is point one, the navy flower on the bottom is point two, a couple of brads at the top right would be point three). Nothing that would take away from the photo, just something to finish off the repitition of circles and different triangles that you've got going beautifully throughout the page.
I really love the texture and different patterns you've been using lately -- keep up the beautiful work, Jasmine!!
Oh WOW! This is great! I agree that "nature" is a little hard to read. Try matting the letters with a solid color. Thats the only thing I find, everything else is great!
*i* don't think the bottom is heavy at all. ;) the metal alphas are a little hard to see but it could just be the scan. :) this looks great as it is, girl! ;) FANTASTIC!!! :d
This is soo pretty!! The word "Nature's" gets a little lost (I had to look harder to find it) maybe a lighter blue (like the color of the primas?) behind it...I love how you did the brochure, hand cut flower, and the lace up the middle..You got a great eye for detail!!
This is gorgeous!!! Love the changes you made, especially the flowers and matting. I do like both ideas for the big flowers and the metal letters too though; great work :)
I really like it as is. But if it's really bothering you since you did the big flower on the bottom by hand maybe you could chalk or something to lighten the color a little. I don't personally think it needs it, but you said that you were feeling it was bottom-heavy...
This is really perfect!! My husband walked in the room as I was viewing this one and said 'Who did that one, it's really nice, it's bright and colourful'.
I really like the changes you made-they are just enough to make this lo perfect. The only suggestion I can think of is to add cardstock behind the silver letters as the pp is busy and they seem to get a little lost. I was thinking that navy color you used to mat the pics. Other than that one tiny suggestion this page is absolutely gorgeous. Great job!!!!
I love this of course I loved the first one too! I really like those letters you used for your title and that flower is amazing and gorgeous! TFS!! This totally ROCKS as you do too!!
Something seems to be missing here. The bottom is too heavy. I've stuck everything down tho'. Any suggestions?
