This is my daughters design. She wanted to help me make this to sell on eBay. She told me what she wanted and I did it exactly how she wanted them done. To create these adorable lollipop embellishments I used white glitter paper with black cardstock and added a craft lollipop stick. The Ghosts are adhered with foam tape to give them a 3D effect. Each lollipop has a hand tied bow with black shear ribbon. The ghost is from qucikuts.
