I took an old perpetual diary and converted it into my reference book. I added tabs to match the colors I was using.for the different categories.Cut out 2 hearts and using an embossing pen wrote the 2 words for the cover, and used gold embossing powder. The brass coners used come from an old wallpaper book that I had. I made 2 ribbons with small hearts. The hearts were cut from deckle scissors.
