Our waiter Joel was always dissappointed when I didn't join the rest of our party in ordering the lavish desserts served on our cruise each night. One night after ordering my customary "hot water with a lemon", Joel presented me with this white dessert plate bearing the words "Excellent Choice" written in a chocolate script.
