At Farah's Gazebo Cafe. The whole place with packed with my friend's family and friends. The food there was really, really good.
My gift was the afghan which she knew I was making for her. The beads are added as I crochet not afterwards. It's a special technique that I've not seen anywhere else. It comes from combining just two of my many hobbies.
I kept looking and looking for the other photos that I took. I normally take too many but all I could find were the two at the top and bottom. Then I remember that I did take alot of pictures but with her camera. lol. It's probably for the best. The picture in the middle was taken with my sister's camera. That's her and her daughter in match outfits!!!
I made the "Farah's Gazebo Cafe" and lattice on my Wishblade. Have I mentioned yet that I really love that gadget? lol the leaves were punched out, EK Success. I used green thread to make the vine. I liked the look of that better than a marker.
I wanted to add grapes but learned my lesson with the wisteria recently.
