This is one of my favorite pictures of me with my older sister. It was taken back in the 70's in black and white. Journaling follows the shape of the paisley and reads, "We will always be sisters. Our differences may never go away, but neither, for me, will our song." The title, "we R sisters" is taken from the first line of the quote, with a little funky variation.
Techniques:
I cut the paisley pattern from the paper. The journaling was created in Illustrator to follow the edge of the paisley. I sanded the photo corners to soften the blue and sanded the edges of the photo.
