This is such a lovely layout, Sharon, and I love your journaling. All so beautifully designed and those papers are gorgeous. How did you do those swirls - were they cut from the paper?
I love this ...beautiful design!I love that K and co pp I have tonnes of it and don't know why I don't use it more...now Cou've inspired me to go dig it out! I can see a lift coming on!Great fussy cutting BTW!
The journaling reads: "Walter and Cora celebrated thirty-five years of marriage on July 8, 1941, with all but one of their seven children in attendance. Front row: Vera, Walter, Cora, Leola, Robert (Bobby). Back row: Henry, my dad Walter (Pete), John. At this time the family was still living in Milam County, but soon World War II would change that forever. By 1944, most were living in Bryan and persuing jobs provided by the war effort. The terrible days of the Great Depression and sharecropping were finally over.
The layout is based on a design by Anderjackie. It's kind of a combination of "Our Story" and "Not Fun."
