Example for the Darker Side Challenge of November. The topic is Fables, Fairy Tales, and Nursery Rhymes. I chose Rose Red from the story of Rose Red and Snow White. I am also entering it in the Monochrome Challenge, Week 1 Red with the twist of Just Once... (The journaling says "Just once...I'd like to have my own story. Just me and not my sister!" I would have loved to read a story about Rose Red alone when I was growing up. The photo is of my second daughter, who I think sometimes wishes the same thing. lol. I will enter this in the D.I.Y. Challenge (Ribbon Roses) as well.
