I used the box that everything came in, covered it with paper, and wrapped ribbon around the sides of the box top and made a bow. I painted chipboard letters I already had to match. I painted the duck, star and hear from the chipboard set. The tag I covered with white paper and inked with chalk ink and used the Bo Bunny brads to attach it. The baby's birthdate will be added as soon as I get small enough numbers.
