Mandy chose to name her SGC challenge “Curves”, it’s all about circles: at least one circle and one ring. I found this to be the perfect opportunity to scrap this wonderful photo that my DIL took of my DGD a few weeks ago when we went out pumpkin shopping.

I misted the beautiful resist pp that came in the November Irresistible Swirlydoos kit, then inked around the edges with distress ink. After inking the edges of the orange cardstock circle and mat piece, I ran all three pieces through my Zutter to distress the edges. The circle was glued to a black cardstock circle after I had punched it using Lisa’s awesome Deco Circle technique. The ring is a die cut from last year’s Autumn Splendor Swirly kit. I loved it so much that I ordered an extra one and have been hoarding it ever since. I made it shiny with several coats of mist. I stamped the pumpkins and leaves on white cardstock with distress ink (thanks for that tip, Lisa!) and misted them with several coats until I got the shading that I wanted. The fence is another item from my hoard, the Artisan from a previous Swirly kit.
