My dh has been saying some of the deer taken are far fatter this year than last year, which is a sign of a narly winter. We will see. By the way I still remember I owe you a photo of Mt Hood from my point of view. ;)
beautiful... although I'm sure I won't be saying that in a few weeks.... we were supposed to have snow this weekend... it isn't here yet, and I've very thankful!
I am so excited to start seeing these snow scenes! I'm a little jealous too. I did however get to drive through some flurries on our way to Ft. Wayne to our hockey tournamnet last weekend! =)
Even though I'm in no mood for snow/winter, your photo is very pretty....looks like something you would see on a postcard or maybe a calendar. Do you ever have to put chains on your vehicles?
11-9-10...2:00p...In the mountains of the Pacific Northwest it's not uncommon to have snow in early NOVEMBER. I looked at last year's calendar and there was a freak snowstorm on OCT 13th. The first snowfall for NOV 2009 was on the 7th. Had the studded tires put on the car today, guess I'd better dig out the rest of my Winter gear now too. [DSCF1808]
