I started with this really great blank card from canson. They make the best high quality water color and stamping cards. I layered different blue green and cream papers. Then I punched another blue green print paper with my medalion punch and glued it with only half showing to look like scalloped border. I added the rows of coordinating mini brads cause I felt I needed something in that spot. I'm kind of proud of it.
