Instructions: 1.Stamp a background in the desired color and allow the ink to dry. The blue was a bit bright and took away from the photo so I rubbed the white ink pad over the blue to create a softer color. 2.Using the black stamp pad, stamp flowers on a variety of papers, cut out and layer some of the inside flowers atop others of a different color. 3.Arrange the flowers as desired, and stamp the words around the frame borders. Add the photo securely under the matte and place in the frame.
Variation: When you use mattes that come into contact with the glass use stamped embellishments that are not too bulky. Some frames are shadow box types that can accommodate thicker accessories.
Tip: I always try the design on a piece of paper, cut the same size as the matte first.
