I scrapped these photos of the trees out my front window for Manda’s SGC challenge, “Naturally Beautiful”.

I covered the cardboard that was included in this month’s Swirly kit with gesso. While that was drying, I cut a number of flowers and leaves out of packaging paper on my Epic 6 and did some serial misting until I got the effect that I wanted. Next, I colored over the gesso as well as the paper and the die cut with Distress ink. The wreath was made by gluing the leaves and flowers on a cereal box cut into a ring. The entire page really came together with the addition of the gorgeous beads that I bought at Angelica’s etsy last Spring and that I’ve been hoarding ever since.
