I'm in awe at how many unique albums we have out there now and how great Kim and Jennifer are at finding such fun albums. Well this leaf chipboard one from Kaiser Craft is no exception. It's so darling. The only thing I have to say though was because there's only three parts/sheets to it, there's not enough room to actually put photos in. That's why I added a couple of cardstock pieces in between the chipboard so I can have more room to "play" with.
The papers in the kit were perfect for this layout to make it a themed project. Because the papers were heavily designed for "fall", anybody that takes a first glimpse of the cover will now for a fact that it is an autumn album. That was another reason why I opted not to have a formal cover/book title.
In the inside I kept the design simple and made sure I have room to add my photos when I'm ready to. The Karen Foster stickers were the perfect embellishments too. I added most of them here with dimensional adhesive for some added touch of bulkiness to the book.
And the best part of it all, because I had everything I needed for this book included in the kit, I was able to make the album (start to finish) in a night. There's nothing more enjoyable than that!
