My relationship with my only child, a daughter is very special. At times I see things in her that remind me of myself. I took our comparable pictures of a variety of ages and put them beside each other. The difference is she was born a blonde whereas I was brown.
The poem speaks for it self, a nice expression of a mother's heart. Also my daughter's first official picture, held in my arms. Then pictures of us with large bows on our heads. On to pictures of the little girl's years and the teenager stages.
I put a jewel on every one of her pictures as she is my jewel. I used grey colored paper to represent the past years for me and the pink to represent the later years and "now time" of, and with, my daughter. I kept the pages simple as the relationship is what I wanted to shine through.
