Made for November uglies challenge. I cut out the jazz themed characters from my uglies and I did use a very pale pink tape measure from the other piece of ugly paper. The numbered tape doesn't photograph well but it is on the bottom of the photo and shows the number 32, the year the original cookbook was started. I tried to make this page in the style that a vintage cookbook would have been done it...no real embellies except cut outs from cooking labels and the newspaper. TFL!
