Project for the Autumntime *Cricut Creativity* Challenge (3/3)

Disclaimer - Please be aware that this recipe is actually for birds, not people. LOL!

I've had the giant squirrel cutout for probably over a year! I added the squirrel, since when it comes to birdfood & 'urban' squirrels they always seem to do everything in their power to eat any type of birdfood from my feeders & birdhouses! Um, not to mention our Christmas lights one year! (Grr!) LOL!

Bird Bread

(makes 1 pan)

* 2 cups melted peanut butter
* 2 cups cornmeal
* 2-3 cups wild bird seed
* raisins or chopped peanuts
* warm water

1. Slowly melt peanut butter, over low heat.
2. Add cornmeal or stale cereal crumbs.
3. Slowly, add enough warm water to make a stiff dough.
4. Add birdseed and raisins, or chopped peanuts.
5. Pack mixture into small foil pans or a large flat pan.
6. Refrigerate overnight.
7. Cut into pieces for tying onto tree branches.

Happy Autumn & TFL!

XO
