For Scrapbook and Cards Today. I used Jenni Bowlin's Varsity line of mini papers, chipboard button, sew-on button and Soap Powder Paint Dauber, Melissa Frances sticker, chipboard snowflake and pearls.
To make the scallops, I lightly dabbed the paint dauber onto white cardstock letting some of the cardstock show through to create a snowy look! Then I punched them out and added them in a row to look like scallops.
