This is the second page of my two page LO about competing at an agility trial in Reno, NV. I very rarely get to do snow themed pages (Since we're NOT snow people....) so I was happy to be able to use some of those snow flakes that I had in my stash!

Journaling: The trial was very small with only one judge. Rusty qualified just one time that weekend, earning her second OPEN JWW leg (That's the second of 3 legs needed to complete her title.) and a second place ribbon.

Here, in a series of quick action shots, Rusty demonstrates her lovely weave pole skills. By this time, she was fast and accurate in the poles, although she still misses an entry now and again, particularly wen the poles are on my left.

To weave successfully, the dog must enter the poles with the first pole on her left. Of all the skills that an agility dog must learn, weaving through the poles with speed and precision is the most difficult.
