I recently came into possession of these pictures of my grandmother, great grandmother and great great grandmother and chose to create a lo and dedicate it to them and their lives this holiday season. As I was creating this lo, I wondered how they lived, who they loved and what hardships they endured in their lifetimes. Behind each of the holiday bulbs with their pictures, I created a tag which can be pulled by their name tag and I identified each woman, birthdate, date of death and character traits for future generations.
