Photos of my son Ryan and I in Florida this past winter. Inside the pocket is a list of all the ways that make us so proud of Ryan. " Proud of how you never leave the house without giving me a hug. Proud of the love you show to you family. Proud of the way you share your feelings with me. Proud of your sense of humor. Proud of your contagious laugh. Proud that you are always willing to try something new and different. Proud of your willingneww to always help people. Proud of the fact that you always have something to talk about. Proud of how much you love school. Proud that you are a great teammate in all your sporting activities." Journaling reads, "Your father and I are so bleassed to have a son like you Ryan. During the hustle and bustle of every day life we may forget to tell you the things you do to make us so very proud. It's easy sometimes as a parent to focus on the bad and not the good. I don't know why we do it but it happens to the best of us. So from this day forward I make a promise to you that there won't be a day that goes by that we don't tell you at least one thing that makes us proud of you."
