These pictures are from my son Kainoa's first outing to the park where he got to ride in a swing and play on the jungle gym. The bottom right journaling reads: Kainoa, on a beautiful September day, Daddy and I took you to a local park. You loved the swings, laughing giddily as Daddy pushed you higher and higher. Then, I captured my favorite pictures of you! Your first time on a jungle gym had you smiling from ear to ear! We had so much fun at the park!
To create this layout i had some fun with vellum. I printed the beginning of the title "A day at the..." in black and the rest in green because I wanted that part to stand out above the "park" sticker title. I affixed them with some eyelets. Then, I did more on vellum at the bottom of the page. The title "park" didn't stand out enough, so i traced around the letters with black pen to make it POP! Some ribbons on the side and fancy stapling finished the composition.
