Journaling Text:

Friends at heart, right from the start.

The boys share a special bond that not many others do. They are both triplets, but not only that; they are the only boy in set triplet set. The boys are six months apart in age and love so many of the same things.

Before their play date Mason tells everyone “It’s William Day, It’s William Day”.

William hardly sleeps the night before he sees Mason. He tells me “I am so happy I get to see my very best friend Mason”. In his nightly prayers William always includes a special blessing for Mason.

When it’s time to go home after a play date, they “loan” special toys to each other and the next they are together the borrowed toy is returned. When they are apart they draw pictures for each other and talk as if they see each other every day.

It’s enough to melt your heart!

I am not sure how four-year-old boys bond so completely at this young age. It’s a joy to see them watch out for each other, and entertain each other. We never have to worry about them getting into too much trouble – they are such good boys!
