I saw this ribbon in the store and knew I had to use it in a LO of mine. The ribbon is wired, so I took out one side of the wire and bunched the other side to go around my photo. I bought the ribbon at Wal-Mart (they have such cute ribbon there).
On the side title I took some coordinating colored chalk and created a back drop for a strip of clear vellum. I put CM pastel sticker letters for the title and attached the whole thing with 2 coordinating Easter egg eyelets.
