LOL, I love that she wanted her flowers to stay in her garden. I hapen to agree with her and my DH jsut doesn't get it. We have a few roses planted here, but I cut very few of them as I enjoy seeing all their blooms on the plant in my yard. In fact that is why I go in my yard to see what is in bllom for me to enjoy. I've enjoyed looking at your gallery. I'm glad you got into scrapbooking and that your sharing your creativity with us. Enjoy each day and make more memories to scrap when you have time!
Picture of my mil for dh's heritage album. Journaling: Mamma loved flowers. She loved anything that bloomed but her favorites were yellow roses. Her garden had hydrangeas, lilies, wisteria, azaleas, roses, zinnias and lots more. One thing the grandchildren each learned at an early age was that Mamma did not want "bouquets" picked for her. She preferred that her flowers stay in the garden.
