I was watching tv one night and came up with this idea of having Christmas lights on a page sort of framing the photos. So I looked in my scrapbook supplies and found a light, so I traced it and made several lights. Then I drew in the "cord". I then added the photos and the embellishments. This is, of course, the end result.
