My cat Chancie does the same thing andI thought it was a bit strange also. She also drinks like other cats do. Not sure why she does this but it's kind of odd. Your cat is very pretty. Thanks for sharing Darci, this made me LOL.

1-7-11...This is the strangest cat I've ever seen...when he's thirsty he sticks one of his paws in the water bowl then licks the water off of it...I call him "Licks His Paws"...Paws for short. TFL! [P1072429]
