This is my two older boys with my daddy. From the time he could walk and talk, Joshua, the oldest, would stand out on the screen porch (which happened to overlook Grandpa's garden) and when he'd spot Grandpa out there he would holler for him till he came up to see him. Swinging on the porch was one of their favorite pastimes. These photos were made in March 1988 - Joshua was 3-1/2 and Adam was 1-1/5 at that time.
The layout is based on a sketch from Close to My Heart (Reflections book). The large letters are hand cut, then matted and the mats distressed (that was Fun! NOT!) "time" was cut on the Cricut - Opposites Attract. Small lettering is stamped. I added some doodling to the pp with the circles and to the larger letters. Lots of hand stitching around the page. The circles at the bottom were made by stamping the brown circles, then stamping small circles on some of the pps and punching out the dots and attaching them with brads and DMC.
