Love this! So sweet. I love when you journal your family stories. This one is so heart-warming. What a wonderful and generous heart Aunt Betty has. Beautiful work here. Great design and I love the papers you used.
A beautiful page to commemorate a loving and generous person. The journaling and the way you did the "title" in the various fonts and styles is delightful!
This is so adorable!!!!! VERY inspiring! I love the dots on your title words, and how you matted them, hope to try it out for myself :) TFS, FAVE! Oh and love the OA pp's!

This is my Aunt Betty with Sarah when she was three days old.
Journaling reads: "Aunt Betty never married or had children of her own, so most weekends and holidays she spent here. She was always so good to me and my kids, so loving, so much fun to be with. When Sarah was born, we didn’t have much of anything for a girl (after having two boys). When Sarah was three days old, Aunt Betty surprised us with three huge shopping bags from Macy’s and Rich’s filled with baby girl stuff. There were 17 dresses and bubbles, 5 pairs of shoes and booties, several hair bows, 8 sleepers, 2 diaper shirts, lacy panties, pink hangers, diapers, a “girl” bottle, and a new baby monitor. She even brought gifts for the boys - $25 to be used for clothes, sets of toy cars and some candy! Aunt Betty’s generosity was truly a blessing to us. And, so began Sarah’s love for pretty clothes and shoes. After all… A girl can never have too many dresses or pairs of shoes. April 20, 1989"
This was based on a Page Maps sketch (bk 2) The pps are by October Afternoon - Fly a Kite. Thanks so much for looking!
