Give a Cheer
This is my 8x8 layout for the Stamping in Time Challenge at Our Daily Bread Designs. The challenge this rotation is "All about Love!" Well, I decided to go a completely different route with this "love" theme. I have a fascination with alligators. When we go home to South Carolina, I see them almost every day, and I tend to get a bit TOO close to them. This particular alligator was hissing at me because I got too close. See how is mouth is open? Eeek! Anyway, the family gets quite upset with me. So, the title on my 8x8 layout is "Is it Love?" :) :)
To create the 'love' heart, I used a scripture stamp from the ODBD set called "Love One Another." I inked up the word 'love', and stamped it multiple times on my paper. I then cut it out and adhered it to my piece of chipboard. I did the same thing with the 'love' banner at the top of my page. I then used a scripture from the new ODBD set called "Faith" because alligators are beautiful in their own way. :) I also meshed two sketches for this layout--SBSC270B and CPCST93.
