The Happy Birthday in the cirled sort of looks like a birthday cake. I typed the words and printed on computer. The circle is from e-cuts cut with a scalloped edge scissor, mounted on blue cardstock cut with the same scissor. It is covering where the brads come through. Blue strip along bottom cut with same scissor.
