I did a 3d Charming Tails picture for friends of mine who just got engaged over the Christmas Holidays. The Congrats tag is a Spellbinders that I gold embossed and cut the center out, then put a piece of vellium in with Congrats stamped on it. I used 2 sizes of Spellbinders labels behind the mice and the card is embossed with a Cuttlebug Folder. Then to add bling, I glittered the diamond.
