I used Sketch 308 from SplitCoastStampers.com (SC308) to make this card.
I created the entire card on the Design Studio, chose the papers and cut out all the pieces with my Cricut. I also cut the matting. I add .125 to the dimensions of the rectangles I cut out. So that adds 1/16 of an inch to all sides.

I added dimension to the smaller patterned paper rectangle. I added foam sheets to the back of it. It’s much much cheaper than adhesive squares. Because of that I had to add dimension to the top of the Spellbinder die cut. I cut out the “birthday girl” and added it.

For the balloon I cut it out and added Peeled Paint Distress Ink to it. It started out as white cardstock. I also added 2 buttons and some green ribbon to the maroon cardstock.

On the inside I added 2 felt cupcakes and some photo corners and a heart.
