Wondering how to give a simple white tank that little extra something? With an eclips Machine and cartridge, you can turn any piece of clothing into something special. Adhere fusible web to a variety of fabrics. Cut a Heart w/Flowers & Vine from fabric using the eclips and Tween & Look at Me cartridge. Adhere shapes to the shirt. Embellish with small jewels.
