sorry for the loss of your mom, this is a beautiful tribute - TALENTED YOU ARE!!! Best therapy on earth is scrapping and shopping for scrapping stuff. ((HUGS))
This is soooo gorgeous. As a trained therapist, I find it interesting that she doesn't have a face. Don't know if that was intended or "just happened." *HUG*
OUTstanding job on this!!!! I am sooo very sorry to hear about the loss of your mom! BIG HUGS & PRAYERS TO YOU!!! I am also taking this course and cannot get enough of it....it is sooo inspiring...and freeing to me...I love the free flow to the techniques...like mini experiments! Maybe God led you to this course for you to work through some of your grief...God Bless you and your family!
This is so beautiful! I love your girl! :-) It is so very true how art is good therapy. I am so very sorry for you loss. You will be in my prayers! I'm taking this same class and loving it. I have yet to start my first canvas. I finally was able to watch all of the awesome videos. The words you used spoke to me. If you don't mind I might use them. It is exactly what I am going thru right now.
This is just fabulous, it's amazing how therapeutic crafting can be. I went through a traumatic time last year & scrapped pics most people wouldn't but it helped me deal with it. Back to the art, love the layering & colours. Find something very interesting about it & can't stop staring
It's very creative and whatever helps you get thru this terrible loss is always a good thing. I'm sorry you loss her and I hope the sorrow passes quickly. Huggsss!
beautiful page! I'm sorry for the loss of your Mom. After I lost my Mom I made an album of my parents' 60+ years together for my Dad and I think that was the best therapy for me!
beautiful with the bright colors and the black accents and silhouette--here's praying for you, that the memories will be come better and the hurt less.
Wow...very creative, really like this. I am very sorry about the loss of your mother too. I'm glad this creation was able to help you heal a little too.
I am so sorry for your loss. Scrapping and creating is therapy, sometimes we are working out issues in our scrapping and not even aware until we are finished. Having said that, your canvas is pretty. I love all of the little details. I am a big fan of the bling on the MS Daisy Punch.
Created on a 6x6 canvas. She prayed for direction.
I lost my mom unexpectedly Nov. 30th.. and this was just so very cathartic for me. I noticed once i got through putting the doll together and paint on the hair who my she girl was. It was me remembering my mom. phew. lots of bittersweet tears this morning. I have so enjoyed this creative layering process, and can't wait to create more.
