This is my entry for the following challenges...

Round Robin - Group 3
Monthly Sketch Challenge - Week 1
AGC Weekly Challenge
Double Picture
Just The Girls
Scrap Your Pet
Use Your Supplies - Week 2

For this layout, I used the Meadowlark paper line by My Minds Eye. I created my own punched circle. I cut out large circle, then cut out the interior. Then I punched the decorative edge using a Martha Stewart corner punch and a Lisa Gregory tutorial (she is THE most amazing teacher of technique!).

The flowers are from an old dictionary, punched with my scallop punch (five layers per flower), and held together with a brad. I crumpled up each layer into a ball around the brad head, then uncrumpled them, looser on the outside, leaving the inner one still tight to be the floral center. Then I gave them the lightest touch of color with some homemade Tattered Rose shimmer mist. The little leaves are some sequins that I got in the notions department at Hobby Lobby. And the baby's breath is from the floral section, also at Hobby Lobby.

The Use Your Scraps Challenge called for TWO birds, so I scanned one of the tag images from the paper line, flipped it over to a mirror image, and then cut out the photo corner.

Random.com assigned my my AGC Weekly Challenge, calling for me to make my own choice of layout size (I chose a 12x12), to use black and white as my primary color scheme, include exactly two photos, and embellish with a butterfly. The butterflies on this layout are cut out of an aluminum can using one of my StampinUp sizzlets.

For the Just The Girls and Scrap Your Pet Challenges : The photos are of my sister and her best girl Mia, who is convinced beyond any doubt that she IS the princess. They are the only two girls in a house of boys - the other dog, the DH, and two DS. I interpreted the "3 circles" sort of loosely. There are lots of circles on the polka dot papers, and the flowers are made with a scallop circle punch. I had two circles on the decorative circle mat, and the decorative punch has four circles for each punched piece. Hope that's enough circles!

Thanks for taking a peek at my work. As always, I treasure your comments and suggestions. The support network in this community is incredible!
