Give a Cheer
My hubby loved this photo, taken from our front yard. I didn't scrap it in my last two winter layouts, so I decided to showcase it all on its own.
I made the icicles using Stickles and I made the snow globe myself.
The main part of this layout was made during a class taught by a friend of mine, showing how to use whitewashing techniques and "Sno Tex." The snowflakes were cut on a Cuttlebug out of acrillic packaging and then whitewashed. The blue papers were also whitewashed.
The snowflakes in the photo really are that large. The only thing in the photo that is not an unenhanced snowflake is the flash mark in the upper right of the photo. Huge, huh? The photo has not been touched up in any way. (I don't have fancy software - LOL)
