This is just a goofy little layout I did for a handful of challenges.

I think that's all. These pelicans winter on the lake in front of our local power plant. You don't usually see them because they normally stay way out far on the water, but the fish were moved up next to the outlet where the water was warmer this day, so that's where the birds were fishing.

It's was kind of neat to watch them. They maneuvered the fish a lot like a pod of whales might. They pushed them forward into a big group, then bunched them up into a circle. Then they circled around them and the whole flock bottomed up and grabbed the fish as a group. Then they repeated the process. It was really interesting watching them work as a team to get everyone enough to eat.

I created the flowers from recycled dryer sheets - thanks to Gabriella for the idea. I colored them with one of my StampinUp reinkers, mixed with a little Perfect Pearls. I would recommend using RUBBER GLOVES if you attempt this. My palms are still oozing blue. I'm claiming that I have the blue-bonnet plague, but it's pretty disgusting just the same.

The Dr. Suess quote doesn't show up very well. I did it on a transparency, but I think I'll go back and create a tag and see if it doesn't look better that way.
