I love everything! The love you feel for your father shows all over this lo. I do know how you must miss him. Besides my step-daughter, I have lost my mother and sister. This lo is awesome.

This is a very touching LO. It brought tears to my eyes. It leaves me wondering how I would handle ever losing my dad. Glad you took your disposable too...great memories captured. =)

Wooten lake, pg 1

This LO was bittersweet to do. Some of the journaling, (on pg 2) is as follows: "Looking back, I am so glad Dad invited me out fishing that weekend. Rainer and I had been married for about a year, and after being wrapped up in newlywedness it was nice to get away again, just my Daddy and me..." "...This would actually be our last fishing trip together. I had forgotten I even had pictures of it until Rainer and I went to Costco to pick up some of our developed film in Oct. '03, months after Dad passed away. Included in the film we had dropped off was a disposable camera that neither one of us had remembered the contents of. As usual, I opened up all my pictures right away. When I came across these photos, I just broke down right there in Costco. At the time, it was an afterthought, but now I'm so glad I brought along that disposable camera that day to capture these memories. Now I am blessed to have some great pictures to help cherish my last fishing trip with my Dad."
