My photo was in Arecibo and the similar one was taken at our Acevedo Finca in Esperanza, Arecibo, PR (on the land that is now the observatory). I still have family all over the island. My mother was a few years younger than you. Wouldn't it be funny if we were related? Your DH looks like one of my Tios.
