The background paper is from the mini album kit. The torn dark turquoise paper is from Core'dinations Core Essentials, “Deep Lagoon”. The paper that I cut using the Pagoda cricut cartridge (the "FIVE") was K and Co. Addison Blue Garden Swirls.
I embossed the deep lagoon with the Cuttlebug Embossing Folder – Floral Fantasy. Then I took sand paper and ran it across the raised areas to bring it out.
On the left is called Paper Frills. It was white so I inked it using Dew Drop Turquoise Ink Pad. Before adding gems to the centers, I embossed it with clear embossing powder. I did this so the ink wouldn't rub off on anything. I usually use Adirondack Alcohol inks to color the paper frills but this was faster.
The flowers were also cut from the Pagoda cricut cartridge. I used the same papers as in the rest of the layout. I added Distress ink Broken China to a couple. I also used the Mesh Rubber Stamp to add some interest to 3 of the flowers.
