These adorable cupcakes will be a huge hit at your next party! The cupcake wraps and toppers were made with the We R Memory Keepers circle cutter, Fiesta paper collection, embossed stickers, layered chipboard stickers, glitter and metal flower brads and a lot of delicious frosting. Enjoy!

To make the wraps cut an 11 in circle, and then a 9 in circle in the middle, and cut in thirds. Wrap around the cupcake and tape ends together.

Use toothpicks with the topper designs for easy decorating.
