Delight your cupcake lovers with this fun springtime cupcake tower, complete with cupcake wraps and toppers made with the We R Memory Keepers Peep paper collection, the We R Memory Keepers Circle Cutter, Twist Trimmer, and scallop rotary cutter!
To make the tower: purchase the Wilton cupcake tower kit; then cut out the 1 in strips using the twist trimmer: top layer is 26.25 in long, middle layer is 32.5 inches long and bottom layer is 38.50 in long.
To make the cupcake wraps: use the We R Memory Keepers Circle Cutter to make an 11 in circle and then a 9 in circle in the middle and divide into 3 equal parts (makes 3 wraps). Then wrap around the cupcake and tape together.
To make the toppers: use tooth picks with your toppers for easy decorating.
