Give a Cheer
I love Michelle Grant's Ink Resist work and had to give it a try myself. Her tutorial was self explanatory but what she doesn't tell you is that you may feel a little intimidated looking at a totally white sheet of cardstock before you start to lay down your ink. Ha. But as soon as I laid down that first rub of spiced marmalade Distress Ink, the process took me over and I couldn't stop, I loved it so much, I'm going to make another one. I don't normally work with such bright colors, but thought the bright ink would compliment the colors in the photograph of my DN. I used the Dusty Attic pieces at the top and bottom of the layout, and painted the Prima white paintable flowers with H2o shimmering watercolors. The sketch is from Michelle Grant. TFL.
