Love how this came out. My little grandson is so adorable that I just can't get enough of him. Cricut, Stickles, and Joylees used for entire LO. Made the water with blue velium and wiped stickles all over it to glisten it up. The best part I like is the gloves from joylees I place on his hands. Had a good time making this one.
