I love it!! This is such a hoot! We once had a digger and read every bk. out there and nothing worked! I tried everything and eventually gave up! One went so far as to making a digging pit and buring treasures for them to dig up! Sounded like too much work!
Love all your destruction zone and the phrases, too cute! We have our own digger, Summer. Had to spend close to $1000 on fill dirt and building a stone wall to stop her. My how the dirt would fly, face all covered with dirt. Are you digging to China?
This just cracked me up!!! Love the yellow tape and all your phrases. Perfect lo for what the topic is. Waldo is probably frustrated with you because he wants to redo the landscaping and you keep filling it in so he has to start all over!!! :o) My first Beardie used to dig under her dog house. I came home one day and didn't see her and started to freak out. She was actually still down in her hole. I'd thought she'd buried herself alive!!! In usual "Beardie fashion" the dirt flew and she surfaced with her usual "Beardie smile". :o)
hehe - Love that you scrapped this! I can't say my dog is a digger. If she digs it's only to find a lizard or her bone (which she thinks no one can find it but it's in the same spot everytime with half of it hanging out! lol) Unfortunately she is a jumper :s - We taught her to jump and give cuddles when she was a pup and 6 years later - she is still doing it!
Waldo is just gorgeous and I love the you misted and painted the background :)
hahahaha!! I can understand completely...my Keira has never been a digger until very recently!! She had dug out every single garden more times than I can count this week!! So, I found this funny...wish I had taken pics of the evidence at our place! Love your Waldo and his story!!
great fun fun page...waldo is so cute and luv how at 15 he still luvs to dig..he probably thinks he is helping out...lol..happy he got a forever home with you,,,and this is an adorable page
I just LOVE your digger dog!!!! If he were mine... I'd have him help me prepare a BIG garden. He could dig to his delight, and I'd be right behind him, planting seed. (of course I'd have to fence if off after that!) Waldo is lucky that his first owner gave him to you. He would have had a miserable home there, and found that you still love him despite this bad habit. I'm glad at least he digs at the edge of something instead of you falling in a hole in the middle of the yard!! And ohhhl.... he looks like my BonnieGirl (who is gone now)...beautiful funny page!!!
This is just adorable and so funny!! Love the background paper and your design!! I am so happy Waldo found a wonderful home with you and your family!! You just wonder what some people are thinking to just drop an animal off...no food or water, it just upsets me so much!! Give Waldo a BIG hug and a treat from our family!!
Oh my goodness, Vickie! I did laugh - belly laugh - when I read this because we had our own digger and have one now, too! Your layout is absolutely adorable! I love your creativity!!!!!!!! Waldo is just such a lovable dog, how can you be mad at him for long? TFS this wonderful page with us, too!!!!!
Oh that little Waldo is such a rascallion! This is way too funny Vickie! Love your stamping & descriptions - fabulous! Can you imagine someone actually letting this beautiful pup loose in the hills for such stupid reasons (for any reason for that matter). He was just waiting for you to "find" him and give him such a fabulous forever home! FAVE for me (you and the lo!)
Awwww...this is so cute and what a precious pooch you have despite all that digging...lol!! I loved your description and it is so heartwarming to know that he is in a loving and forever home!!
This is just fabulous and despite their little shortcomings we would not have them any other way. Waldo is beautiful and I am so happy you gave him a FOREVER home :)) Bless you!!
haha! Love this, Vickie! Our coonhound liked to dig, but mostly just enough to make himself a "nest" under the pool deck or behind the gazebo(he didn't like the heat!)Love your fun design and details...especially the yellow "tape"!
At almost 15 yrs old, Waldo still LOVES to dig!!! I left him alone in the backyard for 30 minutes and this is what I get!! We got Waldo when he was 18 months old. His previous owner was going to let him loose in the hills because Waldo "shed too much, was too big, and DUG alot". We gave him a FOREVER home and love him SO MUCH. But GEEZE I wish he'd stop digging!!. This seems to be a ritual of ours now. I fill in the hole, put back the bark and He DIGS it all out again. A mother of a fur baby's work is never done - lol. Don't laugh to hard, you too may some day have you very own digger. Stamped, misted and painted on the background pp. TFL.
