I created this journal cover using only fabric, cardboard and Tattered Angels Glimmer Mists (Lily Pad, Turquise Blue, Patina and Black Magic) – combined with a little bit of gesso on the top. First I covered the cardboard with laces, fabric scraps and ribbons, than I added the chipboard letters and all the grungy embellishments. The next step was spraying – and finally – painting with gesso. What can I say – this is one of my favourite techniques and I really like the final effect.
